Quick question. For. The potatoes, are you putting the fire out while you sleep? Most campgrounds make you extinguish the fire if you are not actively monitoring it.

Great idea with the potatoes! That would be perfect for making potatoe salad too.
Just my recommendation, cook the bacon first, then the taters in the bacon grease, and the eggs last. I think you will have a better eating experience.

How do you all store the items that need to be refrigerated? Just a cooler and ice?

Cook the potatoes and the eggs in the bacon grease.
Some great ideas and it all looks yummy. Might be better to cook bacon first and cove with foil to keep warn, then fry spuds in the oil from the bacon. Last do the eggs as they go cold really quick.
Pro tip, cook items that take the longest first that way eggs aren’t cold when ready to eat. Eggs cook really fast!

Those looks great!!! But personally, the breakfast hash looks too much work for me when I go camping lol! With 2 little kids, there’s too many steps and ingredients to add! But I’ll try it at home! 😊
