Hi! I know this is an older video and you may not see this, but as far as sunset cliffs goes, do you think this is safe for a 5 year old? If we skip the caves?

  2. @RockessentialTim on September 6, 2024 at 4:14 pm

As we mention in the video, there are so many awesome hikes in SD that you could have thrown darts at a map and come up with a great one. Feel free to hit me up with any questions you might have on the walks or suggestions for others. Enjoy!

If you had asked me to pick them I would pick all the waterfall hikes. Lol. I know there is a lot more in San Diego area. As for potato chip, I’m just glad the rock did not crumble beneath your feet. Ha ha.

Hi Tim! Another amazing video! I love how you included the public by asking them to pick a hiking trail out of the hat! That was cool! These were some amazing hikes you shared! The first one, oh man, that was narrow but beautiful! I would have to wait some months before I tackle that one, lose a few pounds! LOL! I loved them all, San Diego is beautiful! I love the poatao chip cliff, looked just like one! Looked a little scary to me, but fun! I’m so happy you all enjoyed yourself. I was waiting for this video when I knew you said you were visiting Sand Diego! Good job, my friend! You’re a Rock Star! Thanks for sharing, Have a lovely rest of your week! God bless!

Sunset Cliffs, Oh yeh always something interesting going on there. Like people slipping off the cliff and falling 30 feet to their death. Seriously, that is not a hike its a death path.

8:09 "this hike should only be taken at low tide"
Oh yeah, I learned my lesson on that one, I hiked from the Torrey Pines parking lot up into the bluffs then came back down to walk the beach back and about halfway back on the beach I realized the occasional set that came in seemed to bring the water a bit too close to the cliffs. Just a few minutes later a set brought the water all the way up to the cliffs and I had to jog back to my car soaked from the waist down haha.
